In your opinion. I think the person on set responsible for firearm safety is the more guilty party.Right. So Baldwin should have been convicted for manslaughter.

Baldwin wasn't intending on killing anyone. It was an accident by negligence. The press lied about this right from the start. Baldwin did NOT accidentally shoot an actress. He pointed the gun at the CINEMATOGRAPHER, thumbed back the hammer and pulled the trigger!! It was obvious murder but baldwin is a huge trump-hater so the press is protecting him. GMA had a big story this morning about this and painted baldwin as a VICTIM!
Is the world insane?
The person responsible for firearm safety is the person who holds the firearm. That is the most basic rule of firearm safety. In your opinion. I think the person on set responsible for firearm safety is the more guilty party.

.Every single time
.
First thing I ever learned in my first shooting lesson.
.
His brother Stephen Baldwin appeared for a few minutes in the Special Forces show. Didn't even do one challenge and whined about not wanting to get hurt for some job coming up. As if he really has anything else.Reality tv is dumb to begin with. I never understood the appeal, to the genre or to Baldwin.
Well he was a victim of a prosecutor that purposefully conspired to hide potentially exculpatory evidence which is why the case against him was thrown out.The press lied about this right from the start. Or so we are led to believe.....(Trust...BUT VERIFY).
Has been flawed.
Is being repaired, as we speak.

He washed out Episode 1.
Several gals had more balls than he did.
In most situations sure. Same as with driving a car. You're responsible. But suppose you're driving a company car and they're responsible for maintenance and through their negligence when you go to apply the brakes they fail and you plow through a bunch of people. This is more like that. The person responsible for firearm safety is the person who holds the firearm. That is the most basic rule of firearm safety.
If you're driving an unfamiliar car with weak brakes (which you'd know the first time you used the brakes), a thinking person wouldn't approach a crowd at speed that would injure someone. Apparently you've never taken a firearm safety course. First rule, ensure the firearm is safe--if you can't do that, don't touch it. Second rule, don't point a firearm at anyone or thing that you don't want to kill. Simple. Baldwin was guilty of negligent homocide. No one else pointed the gun. No one else pulled the trigger. In most situations sure. Same as with driving a car. You're responsible. He's not guilty until a jury convicts him. You wishing he was isn't really the same thing. But hey, maybe your affirmations will work....If you're driving an unfamiliar car with weak brakes (which you'd know the first time you used the brakes), a thinking person wouldn't approach a crowd at speed that would injure someone. Juries and judges have been wrong before and they will again. That doesn't have anything to do with whether or not the defendant is truly guilty. Or maybe the Innocence Project is a waste of time and money in their quest to exonerate people who have been found guilty by a jury of their peers, eh? Baldwin is guilty of negligent homocide. He's not guilty until a jury convicts him. You wishing he was isn't really the same thing. But hey, maybe your affirmations will work....![]()
The innocence project uses evidence to overturn convictions. You're wishing one into existence on a hope and a prayer.Juries and judges have been wrong before and they will again.
