This is a very good analysis of the situation. What isn't is their narration, but then it's CNN. Only thing missing seems to be video of these ladies, I mean "they" harassing ICE beforehand.

Rather then say - just-havn'-fun-Renee drove toward the agent and struck him, as she, excuse me "they"☺ attempted to escape from agents after refusing orders - CNN chose lie and mislead with the left narration being: "This angle appears to show the vehicle moving close to the agent, but in this angle, he does not appear to be in the pathway of the vehicle when he fired".

Cause: Just-havn'-fun-Renee drove toward the agent and struck him after refusing orders to stop ******* around.

Effect: Not having fun agent shot her.

Sorry but I do not choose to agree with CNN's legal and notice of standards just to read their puerile crap. Suffice to say that I don't need CNN, I've seen all of the video there is, and without a doubt,

1. Good hit the gas with her wheels pointed straight at ICE, her front tires spun on ice for a moment before catching traction, and the ICE agent probably both saw and heard that.
2. The agent had to jump back away from the SUV. Even at that, he was still clipped and almost knocked backwards, throwing his aim high, probably why Good was hit in the head instead of the chest.
3. Since cops still can't read minds, he had every reason to presume she was aiming to hit him (though she probably didn't actually intend, thought she'd clear him turning, or at worst, "push" him out of the way, and so fired in self-defense).

Case closed. ***** is dead. The ICE officer will be acquitted.

And the Left will be enraged that THEY did not get to decide his guilt, don't even know who he was, or where he is or if still on duty. Ha Ha.

Blame that dickhead mayor. What escalated to a terrorist attack would have ended with little more than a traffic citation if the local law enforcement were involved. Clearing away a traffic violations is not part of the federal enforcement program. Instead these dickhead sanctuary mayors turn citations or misdemeanors into felony federal offenses. This is what happens when local law enforcement is barred from participating. The obstruction of a local roadway should have been handled by locals. Instead, the feds are forced to do it.
