She didn't turn her tires to the right until after she struck him.

He can't even see the tires, he only knows she hit him while trying to escape detention, and for all he knows, she is trying to run him down because that's exactly what occurred. Only he was able to prevent it, she didn't care to notice and if she did then fully intentional.

It doesn't ******* matter where her tires are turned or when, technically speaking, because the fact of the matter is he was well in front of her car when she drove it onto him as she tried to escape from detention.

Any extended court case even if it fails on the first level with liberal judges will eventually be found in favor of law enforcement because this woman clearly stepped outside the bounds of protesting and went straight to interference. There shouldn't even be an argument here. I can say that I wish the agent shot her tire out or something different than shooting directly at her but in the end it's all moot. We either support law enforcement in this country or we don't.... It's not a perfect system but we would have nothing at all if we did not have some form of law enforcement.

But don't hold your breath waiting for either of the ICE officers to get charged with a crime because if ever there were two people begging to get shot for forcing a violent confrontation, it was those two, Pretti and Good.

The ICE agent who shot Renee Good was not "Bumped"! He was struck hard enough that he bled internally. He could have died! She would be alive today if she had gotten out of her car as she was told to do!
