Syria has a population of about 22 million, about 90% being Muslims.
The government has about 250,000, mostly conscripts - the rebels number about half that.

So, out of 22 million people, about 20 million or so of whom are Muslims, there are less than 400,000 people actually fighting, many on one side being foreign silly bastards.

Please tell me how that's "Muslims", not a small percentage, many being forced to fight, probably against their will.

What Syria has, you fookin ignorant idiot, is a brutal dictator who has no qualms about massacring hundreds of thousands of his own people using the countries military in order to stay in power. A dictator who was and is supported by Hezbollah, Hamas, and Iran, and of course Russia and N. Korea for weapons.

Considering that the Koran reads like a horror novel, Muslims have no problems with their conflicts leading to a bloodbath. It's part of their culture.
