how much the seller is going to provide the buyer, but YOU can't see the agreement?
This is what the American people are being told is part of the Iranian deal.

So would you sign an agreement that the seller tells the lender that the back yard contains nuclear waste but you the buyer will have no knowledge that what was in the "Separate arrangement II" to the agreement?

These are several points of the Separate arrangement II agreed by the Islamic State of Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency on 11 July 2015, regarding the Road-map, Paragraph 5

Iran will provide to the Agency photos of the locations, including those identified in paragraph 3 below, which would be mutually agreed between Iran and the Agency, taking into account military concerns.

Iran will provide to the Agency videos of the locations, including those identified in paragraph 3 below, which would be mutually agreed between Iran and the Agency, taking into account military concerns.

Iran will provide to the Agency 7 environmental samples taken from points inside one building already identified by the Agency and agreed by Iran, and 2 points outside of the Parchin complex which would be agreed between Iran and the Agency.
Text of Draft Agreement Between IAEA, Iran

This means that Iran WILL with no separate inspections provide the IAEA with pictures, samples etc. where there may be some suspicion of violations of the Iran Deal.

Wow... So the USA admits that Parchin where nuclear detonators are developed have this separate agreement...

"...senior State Department official said that the U.N. nuclear watchdog, the International Atomic Energy Agency, or IAEA, would have "total oversight" of sampling and inspections of Parchin under the agreement between the agency and Iran over access to the site.

"Iran is not self-inspecting," the official said, though this official would not deny that Iranian inspectors will "play a role".
The official stressed that the arrangement for Parchin is an entirely separate arrangement from investigations of other Iranian nuclear sites with possible military dimensions: They're a "totally different ballgame."

The other sites that are part of the inspections regime under a deal between Iran and world powers reached in July -- with the IAEA as the instrument for determining the protocol and carrying out those inspections -- are open to inspectors 24/7, the official noted.

The examination of Parchin is part of the agency's inquiry into past nuclear activity, as opposed to inspections of other nuclear sites under the deal, which are more focused on ongoing work.

We can

Do nothing
Invade
Bomb
The Deal

The Deal requires they give up 98% of their enriched uranium and the only equipment they have left cannot produce bombs.

The Deal leaves us the options to invade, bomb or do nothing.

There are about 5 million soldiers in the Middle East countries (why can't they deal with ISIL?) as well as other countries involved in The Deal.

healthmyths

EXACTLY what are the options the Republicans/RWs want?

BE SPECIFIC.

KEEP the Sanctions on! That is so simple!
Why do you think Iran came to the negotiating table in the first place? Wasn't Obama's charm for sure!
The $150 billion frozen was the best deterrent. Threaten to make them even more stringent! That is the tool that worked the best!

My biggest problem is WHY was a separate agreement necessary? Again Iran came to the table because of sanctions so why then give the
robber the chance to take the pictures and send them to the police...i.e. Iran will send videos of where the videos were taken... not Parchin though!
For senior lawmakers in both parties, the evidence calls into question Iran’s intention to fully account for the possible military dimensions of its current and past nuclear development. The International Atomic Energy Agency and Iran have a side agreement meant to resolve past suspicions about the Parchin site, and lawmakers' concerns about it has already become a flashpoint because they do not have access to its text.

Intelligence officials and lawmakers who have seen the new evidence, which is still classified, told us that satellite imagery picked up by U.S. government assets in mid- and late July showed that Iran had moved bulldozers and other heavy machinery to the Parchin site and that the U.S. intelligence community concluded with high confidence that the Iranian government was working to clean up the site ahead of planned inspections by the IAEA.

At least 47 Republicans agree with you that Iran should be allowed to keep all their enriched uranium and their bomb-building sites while punishing the poorest for what their govt is doing.

We can all be thankful that President Obama and other countries disagree. Hopefully, no war mongering R will get into the WH because most have said they want more wars and a lot more dead Americans.
