Not because it was unknown, never heard before, but because it was supposed to be kept secret, HIDDEN, especially from froward men like Jesus.

What commands of God are you obeying? You claim you give glory to God through your absolute obedience to the Laws of God as expressed through Jesus Christ. That's great, so what laws are you obeying? Thus far, you have listed nothing, and until you do, you are exposed as a fraud.
