The only one that claimed Trump was being arrested on Tuesday is Trump.... This press went along for the headlines....

I think Trump wants the focus of y'all to be on this piddly Stormy Daniels/cooking the books case, because something big is getting ready to go down with Jack Smith and Mara Lago case and the Georgia case is extremely close to a decision on indictment as well....
So Trump caused the commotion focused on this NY State case...

But on the Jack Smith Mara Lago case, an extremely rushed decision by the courts on whether Trump's lawyer had to turn over the goods and testify because he was involved in a crime with Trump, could NOT be prevented due to attorney client privilege... Court ruled a crime likely was committed, emails, phone texts documents etc had to be turned over and the lawyer had to go before the grand jury, Trump appealed to stall, but the appellate court gave defendant only hours to reply for what they asked and the prosecutor only hours to respond to what the trump lawyers claimed, due to judges at like 6 am this morning, and the appellate court ruled this afternoon in favor if the prosecutors.

From all the lawyer talk on the liberal media networks....

This is very very very unusual for appeals courts to make a ruling so quickly and not let the normal, Trump stalling in the courts through appeals, work....and super duper rushed the decision....

So, it looks like...no guarantees, but it looks like someone, either the Trump lawyer, or Trump, is going to be charged with obstruction of justice in the Lago case?

Trump as said, likely wants the smaller NY Case as a decoy for the others coming.... Again, my own speculation!
