A mixed bag really. Most normal people would consider this a fair move in halting the neo liberal cancer spreading.
All those pizza delivery drivers will appreciate the guarenteed hours.They will be better placed to plan their lives for more than a few days.
I have listened to the greedy self interested voices of the employers whining about this but they only have themselves to blame They have abused people and their position long enough.
We have a cultture where good businesses are closing and good people cannot compete with the behemoths. Its a race to the bottom where bezos flies to mars while his staff receive state handouts.
Bad practice drives out good practice.
I hope this bill is revised in a year or two as changes will likely be needed.
