On a serious note my deck rebuild is about 6 months old so how much longer do I really need to wait to stain it?

I was finally able to mow mine this weekend. It was so bad!

^^^ What you say here reminds me of something comedian Jeff Foxworthy says during his Totally Committed album. He says that a person should let their grass grow high enough so that intruders don't even know that there is a house behind it.

I was finally able to mow mine this weekend. It was so bad!
I hate tall grass.

Mine grows in clumps super tall then other areas short. It has been a 3 year war trying to get it right. May give up this fall and hire someone to fix it

Snow just left our yard. Everything looking dead from winter. Be a couple weeks before trees and lawns green up.
Rented a cherry picker for next weekend to trim a menacing branch hanging over my house before the leaves start.
