The gun death statistics are based on murders and gang violence and some accidental shootings and intentional suicides. Legitimate legal venues apply in these cases. Why can't women who suffer from PTSD as a result of being coerced by boyfriends and husbands to end the life inside them be allowed to seek legal recourse? Where is the ACLU?
