I just went back and watched it ten times. She hit him, he blocked her but didn’t even touch her, neither her torso or face moved at all. Then he gave her a relatively gentle shove and she went down.

I just look at possible outcomes. There's no planet where she can hurt him unless she goes batshit crazy and uses a weapon.

It's about common sense.

I think his best option would have been to walk away, then sue her for assault, since the incident was recorded, and this woman definitely needs some consequences.

But, it's hard to turn around when someone is hitting you, it's a fight or flight moment, and we don't have total control when that happens.

We have a view of protecting women. The same women who are driving the western world into destruction. When it is here, there will be little protections as survival will be paramount above anything else. In our ghettos they live somewhat that way now. The gangs are not half women and a percentage of them transexuals and some of the men wearing dresses. The Islamic world in many parts do not treat women as equals. Right or wrong. The poorer parts of the world do not put up with transgressions we see today in the west. Stats prove it even here as more than half of males do not even protect women anymore and it is growing although they may not hit one. Look, 7 year old children kill people.
When someone is willing to physically assault you, you already have proof their mindset is unstable.
We recently saw what happened to the Marine on a subway when he tried to restrain a violent suspect.
How do we know she wasn't going to escalate? If he turned his back to walk away, guarantee us she would have done nothing more?

When we do not defend ourselves, we send a clear invitation for this kind of behavior.
Heat of the moment when someone hits you you are supposed to remain perfectly calm and think the situation through?

Clearly, those of you angry at the guy have never been in such a situation.

If I was on that jury it would have to be NOT GUILTY and no amount of haggling would change my mind.
