Woman fired from Century 21 for expressing Trump support (rudely)

No real estate office wants to be associated with an ignorant bigot. It's bad for business. Hence her firing.
Lol, if that's the case, they'd fire a bunch of gems lol. But of course not, nobody holds them accountable.

DEI hasn't hurt anyone. White racism has hurt millions. Thse ike you have a double standard. For if a black person or anyne of color made a similar comment to someone white outside of their job, your whining and bitching about racism would not stop. So STHU.
If a black person had done this, the liberal mob would be defending him, trying to dow play it and saying "the white person misunderstood" or "the white person deserved it because they probably exhibited a micro aggression"..

LOL. Freedom of speech is in regard to the US government. Your employer, not so much.
Oohh??? Really? So if an employer had fired someone for wearing a Joe Biden shirt, you would say the employer is within their right?

Yea. You can’t regulate speech. Companies don’t regulate.

She's an asshole for doing that. That being said, the people at the restaurant need to be fired as well for doxxing her and posting her info on social media. If someone does something like that, you have the right to ban them from the premises, but you don't have the right to post their information online and ruin their lives, no matter how good it makes you feel inside.

I hope she sues the restaurant.

Also, isn't it amazing how you can say the most hateful things about a trump supporter and nobody cares, but make a hateful comment like this and people suddenly take notice.
Since when do you not have the right to name and shame?

Not a prayer.
I think so, the employees of that restaurant video taped her, took photos of her recepit and released it online, causing her to get fired. The doxxed her and caused her harm. The employees had no right. The best the restaurant could have done is banned her from coming back, they had no right to do what they did.

Just because she was an asshole, doesn't mean you get to screw up her life. I think she has a lawsuit.

Good for Century 21.

Century 21 Realtor expresses her Trump love by writing "I hope President Trump deports you" to her Mexican restaurant waiter on the credit card receipt.

Stephanie Lovins has now been fired from Century 21

Realty Company Dumps Ohio Woman For Writing 'I Hope Trump Deports You' On Mexican Restaurant Receipt

"Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The CENTURY 21 brand does not condone acts of discrimination and is taking this situation seriously. We have looked into it and the agent in question is no longer associated with the brand," a representative wrote in a follow-up comment.

Where did she express support for Trump?

With that said, glad she was fired.

Since the restaurant is liable for the action of its employees, and they released a video of her and a photo of her receipt online and caused her to get fired. Just because you hate what they did doesnt mean you get to destroy someone.

The restaurant should have just told her to never come back. That would have been appropriate.

Releasing her image and this story online could potentially put her in danger with all the liberal mobs who just love to harass people.

There are several angles to this case she could take.

Granted, I'm not expecting a lefty to understand this, they think it's perfect acceptable to ruin someone's life over a name calling...because it gives them the feelz...

Maybe one day when you all have this kind of thing happen to you, you'll understand. It's not as if there isn't proof that you all engage in thread same hateful language. There is no shortage of leftys on this very forum using slurs and derogatory words and language for gay people..

Name one.
I just gave them to you. The employees released her photo and receipt online, with information that caused harm to the woman.

It would be pretty easy to prove that that was their intent, hoping she would be doxxed or recognized and something negative happen to her, otherwise what would have been the reason to release said information?

They got mad (rightly so) and decided they were going to try and cause her harm (not rightly so) by posting a video of a woman and a receipt that she wrote a message on. Intent is pretty clear, and it achieved the desired effect. The restaurant is now liable for what their employees did.

The restaurant exercised their free speech. If she experienced harm, thats not the restaurants problem.

You have no right to limit other people’s speech because it would cause you harm.

Century 21 has now made themselves financially liable for something they never should have got involved with.
