My opinion is it's insane.Looks like something that’s going to draw a lot of criticism from the right - an easy target to go for.
But after getting past the initial reaction to just call it stupid, I think there is at least some thought behind it to make drug use safer. Whether it’s a good idea or not, I don’t know. I don’t like the idea of using federal funds for this unless there is some really good data showing that it’s worthwhile, and I haven’t dug into that.
So I’ll just say that I understand what they’re going for but I’m very skeptical of it being a good use of taxpayer funds.
