Will US Generals Refuse to Obey an Unconstitutional Order to Attack Iran Unprovoked?

Israel would not have attacked Iran without Trump’s consent.

So, yeah, when Trump gives the order to bomb Iran we will “officially” be co-belligerents with Israel and yes the military will follow whatever order Trump gives even if it leads us into the abyss.
Damn your a *****!

Wrong.
The military is sworn to uphold the Constitution, not a president turned dictator.
Congress is supposed to be in charge in a republic.
You are wrong.

some of you might want to investigate the term 'pre-emptive' .....~S~

It is obvious that an order to bomb would be unconstitutional.
It is not at all defensive, since nukes are only good for a defensive deterrent and can't be used offensively without being annihilated.
Presidents can only act without congress, in immediate defense against a sneak attack.
You have less than zero clue what you’re babbling about.

You’re wrong, as always.

tRump would have a difficult time building an international coalition to throw a bar-b-cue.

Nobody trusts him.
Same thing happened to Bush when he decided to invade Iraq to find WMDs

Only a few nations would support him
Even fewer would support Trump

The Commander In Chief makes emergent military decisions because running a military action through Congress is too burdensome and would take too long when swift action is required. Congress can always review the decision and the outcome after the fact if needed.
Historically, Presidents have been given the lattitude to launch air attacks or SEAL team missions

But any extended military action needs Congressional approval and funding

It is illegal for a president to harm or kill anyone, unless either required by the defense of others, or by the direction of Congress.

Can you please cite the part of the US constitution that says that?

So POTUS can send send MOPs to destroy Iranian nuke sites without Jasmine Crockett’s approval…Good!

"U.S. strikes Iran's nuclear facilities

The U.S. military conducted air strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities in Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan on Sunday morning local time, President Trump announced.

Why it matters: Trump's decision to intervene directly in support of Israel's effort to dismantle Iran's nuclear program marks a historic escalation in the Middle East.

  • It's an intervention fraught with risks and uncertainty — one that Trump and many of his predecessors had sought to avoid, including through diplomacy with Iran.
  • The attack, which came on the ninth night of the unprecedented war between Israel and Iran, could provoke retaliation from Tehran against U.S. troops and military installations across the region."

"The Roman emperor Commodus, like Trump, was entranced with his own vanity.

"He fancied himself a star of the arena, staging gladiatorial contests where he was crowned the victor and killing lions with a bow and arrow.

"The empire — he renamed Rome the Colonia Commodiana (Colony of Commodus) — was a vehicle to satiate his bottomless narcissism and lust for wealth.

"He sold public offices the way Trump sells pardons and favors to those who invest in his cryptocurrencies or donate to his inauguration committee or presidential library."

So every US president that bombed a country before asking Congress was a dictator 🤔

The famous founding fathers clearly would not approve.
