You don't know much about the law do you? Evidence is what you have after subpoenas have been answered with materials and depositions during an official investigation. Serious credible allegations is all any case needs to proceed and for subpoenas to be served. If you yourself are in possession of evidence investigators want there is only one way not to give it up: you take the fifth and then they come take it. At least that's what happens unless you are Donald Trump. Somehow he thinks he is above the law.
