You don't know much about the law do you? Evidence is what you have after subpoenas have been answered with materials and depositions during an official investigation. Serious credible allegations is all any case needs to proceed and for subpoenas to be served. If you yourself are in possession of evidence investigators want there is only one way not to give it up: you take the fifth and then they come take it. At least that's what happens unless you are Donald Trump. Somehow he thinks he is above the law.

Oversight does not extend to the mans personal life, if the high court rules otherwise, every so-called justice who does so should be summarily executed, it would be a horrifying precedent, and indisputably one of the most egregious, if not the most egregious acts of judicial activism in the nations history!
