Will Trump take the 5th?

You heard me ya sick fuck.
Depositions are not taken in open courtrooms he has TDS....
What do you mean by your question?

Are you upset Rambunctious was wrong, or something?
Depositions don't take place in courtrooms; instead, they usually takes place in attorneys' offices. The attorneys will ask the witness, or deponent, a series of questions about facts and events related to the lawsuit with the entire deposition recorded word-for-word by a court reporter

Trump was due to be deposed in court on July 15.

However, Ivana Trump fell (was pushed?) down a flight of stairs and was killed just before The Donald was to appear in court.

He had her killed so He could get more time to work on His deposition:......

Details:

According to a New York Post interview that was later confirmed by The Daily Beast, Trump's friend Zach Erdem said she had not been "feeling well" for weeks and had been unable to "get out of her house." Erdem reportedly said that Trump's mobility issues caused by a problem with her hip forced her to skip recent plans to visit him.
"There was something going on with her hip, she couldn't walk," Erdem said. She said she wasn't feeling well ... She said she was having pain in her leg. ... She couldn't get out of her house."

That's exactly right! These dumbass liars don't know what they are talking about. Being questioned in court is called testifying or cross examination. But don't tell the jail house lawyer or he'll post some fake news "proof".

You obviously don't know what cross-examination is. There is cross-examination during a deposition, retard.

The only difference is there is no judge present. So it is actually more challenging for the defendant since no objections can be raised. If there are objections to any questions, they can be ruled on later by a judge.

But in the meantime, the defendant has to answer all questions.

The defendant is sworn in under oath, and a court report records the proceedings. Perjury is attached.

Once an attorney has completed their direct examination of the witness, opposing attorneys have the option of cross-examining the witness. Again, this is much like the process seen in a courtroom other than the aforementioned differences. The attorney will often attempt to clarify statements made by the witness during the direct examination

A distinction without a difference.
Can't you ever admit when you are wrong?... stubborn is a close friend of stupid....
Trump will never see the inside of a courtroom no matter how bad you want it to happen...
You are being played by elected dems and the leftwing media.... again....
