Will Trump Go Against Capitalism?

Trump is most likely capitalist. So why should it surprise you that he would try capitalism. Also, that's what everybody else did to. FDR was the most socialist. But even he wasn't completely socialist. So we never did in fact "try" socialism. So it's no wonder that it never worked. You have to jump into a pool to get wet. Next, "I" am a hater, racist and bigot. So don't disparage it. What capitalist are in fact are greedy criminals. For example, ever see the documentary, "The Corporation?" In it they correctly pointed out that most corporations are psychotic and sociopathic entities. Along with some other unfortunate things. That is the bad thing. Not any racial patriotism.

So the author of "The Capitalist" word is gold; whatever they said you just accept as fact?

We do have socialism in our system of government. All of those systems are failures or soon to be. SS is going broke, medicare is going broke, Medicaid is already broke and putting states in the red.

"Socialsim is a wonderful way of government until you run out of other people's money to spend."

I never heard of "The Capitalist." I was talking about the documentary "The Corporation." Also, I included a thread in another reply to you. Let's see what you think of it.

Capitalism is liberating and moral.

Hostile interests create marketplaces. They are the reasons free people comprehend such rights as freedom of association. Diversity is the basis of free enterprise. If everyone in a community had similar interests, the community would be homogeneous. It would be a collective of the most liberal sort, its entire innovative capacity amounting to the innovative capacity of a single person. Individual pursuits generate the capital necessary for a diverse and prosperous society.

The accumulation of wealth is not a zero-sum equivalency. Affluence can be attributed to native intelligence, strength and resolve, industry, frugality, sobriety, and other endowments of nature – “simple moral virtues that any man could cultivate,” virtues that enriched business leaders because they enriched the buying public, who, in turn, enjoyed more options in the marketplace. At all levels of trade – from mining and farming to wholesale and retail to bartering with neighbors – the pursuit of competing, pecuniary interests stimulate an economy and enrich a society.

Trump has not shown himself the most moral individual, so, who knows . . .

Capitalism is evil and corrupt. Screwing other people over to get the most that you can is what it is really all about. You will find out one aspect to that in about 50 years. When human caused global warming has killed you and most other life on the planet. Also, being suckered into believing that you need something doesn't mean you in fact need it. Capitalism isn't completely evil. It is only about 90% pure evil.
Capitalism isn't just about needs. That's socialism.

Capitalism is about needs and wants. Captialism is silk socks, smart phones, and automobiles. Capitalism is prosperity and happiness.

Capitalism is about greed and crime. Neither do you NEED silk stockings, smart phones or cars. Capitalism is gluttony and delusion.
No, we certainly don't need those things. But thank God for capitalism; we can have them.

I saw an ex-college professor on a documentary once. He had studied the ecology for around 15 years. Then he decided to quit his tenured professorship and start preparing for doomsday. According to him, because of human caused global warming, most of the life on earth will be gone in 20 years. Yeah, (I say sarcastically) thank god for capitalism.

Trump is capitalism, and now he'll try capitolism. we tried socialism, but it doesn't work here.
capitalists are haters, racists and bigots..

Capitalists are haters and bigots?

I'm sorry, who led 6 million Jews to their deaths in Nazi Germany? Were they not National Socialists?

Get bent

I saw you tell a lie about the supposed holocaust. Though you might have to do it twice, enter into the search box near the top of the page and enter, "The Holocaust. What a lie!" Telling the truth, I don't know if it is still open to debate. if it is, leave a reply in it and let me know that you dis so. i would be glad to go there and debate the holocaust lie with you.

Ain't the free market grand?

For the rich. For the worker its long hours, shit pay, shit benefits.

For the American worker at any rate. Also, did you happen to see the Michael Moore documentary, "Where to invade." I recommend it.

Where in the hell did you get the idea that I'm not glad Trump won. He was simply a far better choice than Hillary. But the fact remains that capitalism is an utter failure. And outright evil.

Why is it evil and it certainly is no failure.

I will try to download a thread for you to read. I would just ask you to look it up. But you probably wouldn't. If there is anything in it that you do disagree with, look it up (You might have to do it twice) and leave a reply in it. Then let me know that you did. I will be glad to go there and debate you.

I don't have time to respond to each item, but I'll address a few.

First off, we are not a Democracy, we are an elected Republic.

Secondly, the US doesn't send jobs anywhere. The US consumer is hell bent on low prices, and they don't care where their products are made or who loses their job. It's why Walmart is number one today and has been for quite a while.

Yes, we are in terrible debt because of politics, not capitalism or Democracy. It's what I call my raccoon theory: If you see a raccoon digging around in a garbage can and feel sorry for him, give him a nice meaty ham bone and watch him dine in delight. Now try to take that bone back and see what happens to you.

Democrats and liberals realized this theory long ago. Once you give people something, you can't take it back, otherwise you will get your hand bitten off just like that raccoon.

Alternative energy is not within our grasp just yet---at least not affordable energy. Again, consumer demands. The consumer wants low price fuel, and conventional methods are the only way to provide this. Electric cars are great if you only have to travel five miles to work. And how do you think they make the electricity to power those cars anyway? Would your boss accept you calling off for the day because the power in your neighborhood went off and you don't have enough power in your car to get to work?

i'll tell you, American Fast Food is gluttony and delusion. but it's great after an election no matter which side you're on... so order a pizza or go get a big mac fries and a chocolate milkshake..... it's good for you every once in awhile.

It isn't great that Americans are among the fattest people on earth.

Only going broke because for socialism to work you must have a society of actual workers NOT more parasites than workers. Socialism works in WHITE countries where there is an actual sense of community and wanting to help each other.

Fukin "A!"

Okay, this is my last post here; you're just too ignorant.

Nobody is forcing you to pay for TV channels.

Nobody.

Let's face it. Trump became a multi-billionaire through capitalism. And capitalism is the root of most of our economic problems. For example, in the documentary "The Corporation," they correctly pointed out that most corporations are psychopathic and sociopathic entities. Along with other bad things. With that being the case, is it any wonder that things are so bad? So to fix things, Trump is going to have to go against something that made him wealthy. Will he do so? I doubt it. But at least he is no Hillary.
This nation has not had anything close to a pure form of capitalism since the 1950's, maybe even before that. What we have had is a bastardized form of capitalism. The feds in DC and in state houses all across America have created a Frankenstein version of capitalism. So your dislike of capitalism and this entire thread is unwarranted. Unless you're 75 or 80 years old you have never lived in a capitalistic nation.

If trump ever went against capitalism his supporters would not call him out. Never ever will they disagree with him. He was split on about Iraq and how we had no business going in there. Now all his suppoirters agree with that.
