Will Republicans Make 2020 About Trump's Integrity?

How many Senate Republicans will stake their electoral futures on the honesty of Donald Trump and his family members?

Obviously, all politicians are corrupt, since they could never raise enough money to get elected if they didn't follow ruling class scripture.
But Trump's presidency rests on a foundation of fraud that will likely crumble over the next 19 months.
Will Republicans sacrifice their party on the altar of Trump?
I sure hope so.

No, the 2020 election will be about President Trump's accomplishments. Respect and peace abroad, prosperity at home. Although its interesting that the libs say Trump is a "fraud" when they have phony Mexicans, phony Squaws and phony "investigations" in their own outfit

Trump's grotesque ignorance about matters large and small has made the US a laughingstock around the world. His decision to hold the office of POTUS without separating from his many suspect business ventures violates core protections in our Constitution designed to ensure those at the highest peaks of power don't put their personal interest above national interest.

501 Days of Trump & Co. Stealing America Blind

"In fact, although Trump refuses to disclose the details of his myriad business operations, he continues to enjoy access to every dime he makes as president.

"Instead of setting up a blind trust to avoid conflicts of interest, as other presidents have done, Trump put his two grown sons in charge of his more than 500 business entities.

"His sons regularly brief Trump about how the enterprises are doing, enabling him to personally monitor how his decisions in office affect his bottom line.

"What’s more, only 15 days after this 'eyes wide open' trust was set up, Trump amended the fine print to allow him to take money out of the operation any time he pleases.

"The loophole, buried on page 161 of the 166-page form, stipulates that any 'net income or principal' can be distributed to Trump 'at his request.'

"Far from putting his wealth in a blind trust, Trump asked the public for its blind trust, effectively sticking his money in a piggy bank in Don Jr.’s room that he is free to raid at any hour of the day or night."

Trump's a corrupt, gold-plated con man who has lived his entire life without the slightest regard for any human being except himself; he deserves to die in prison.

Who is qualified to operate and grow the Trump family business if they all left it? Further, the Trump Organization is also the livelihood for both Eric and Don Jr's families too. Should the president's children be unable to earn a living, just because their father is serving as President?

The $100-million Penthouse Where Donald Trump’s Family Lives in New York City

President Trump has a nice apartment in New York City, no doubt about it. He has admitted that upfront. His situation reminds me of Eddie Albert who lived in a New York penthouse with his attractive Eastern European wife. Eva Gabor didn't want to go out to the farm and neither did Melania

Georgie, you are in a very small minority if you believe that any politician has integrity, dumkopf!

NO, they do not give a hoot about integrity, sadly... that has been made crystal clear.

Trump is using his presidency to campaign and get the big bucks from all the big guns in his D.C. swamp... and using his presidency's bully pulpit for politics, morning noon and night, since he was elected. He does not give a hoot about breaking ethical rules in place, that much is also clear as day.

Dems will likely lose in 2020
I'm hoping Trump's corruption is sufficient to fracture Republicans and Democrats in 2020. If both major parties are broken into factions with Greens and Libs added to the mix, we might get three or four new political parties instead of the bipartisan decay we have now.

Hillary "lost", remember?
Even she wasn't corrupt enough to hire Michael Flynn:

Trump’s Russia Scandal Is Becoming a Corruption Scandal

"During his brief tenure, Flynn engaged in breathtaking corruption of his official duties.

"As national security adviser, Flynn ordered a delay in a key assault on ISIS in Raqqa, Syria.

"The delay comported with the desires of the Turkish government, which had paid Flynn more than half a million dollars.

"While largely blotted out by the shock of daily revelations about Trump, in a normal news environment this revelation would have mushroomed into a first-tier scandal of its own.

"It is hard to think of a historical case in which a major American military action has been influenced so corruptly by a foreign power."

Which changes nothing of what I said.

Meanwhile, your collusion of Trump and Russia, was a massive nothing burger. That alone disqualifies you from talking about integrity, when you spent millions to find nothing between Trump and Russia.

Why doesn't he pay federal income taxes if he cares about America?
He's a con man, and it's only low-information Americans who are still confused.

"As President of the US, Trump’s private businesses continue to make millions, whether through royalties from Trump-associated developments abroad or through foreign leaders and industry groups staying at his hotels in DC and New York, among other places. Trump has not fully separated himself from his business and remains the ultimate beneficiary of his companies.

"The troubling consequences of this clear conflict of interest are already evident: President Trump continues to praise autocratic leaders who have no regard for human rights – all of whom he has financial ties to.

"Most US government officials are subject to conflicts of interest rules to prevent this situation from arising.

"However, such rules do not currently apply to the President or Vice President.

"Moving from gifts to New Year’s resolutions: This week we sent a clear message that the new Congress must pass a comprehensive conflicts of interest law that prevents any US president from pursuing private business while in office.

"Otherwise, how can the American people be sure that the President is working in their interests and not just his own?"

"Trump’s children are working hard to cash in on his time in office — especially with foreign investors.

President Trump's sons Eric and Don Jr. aren't working in the Administration, they are hard at work taking care of the Trump family business while the patriarch is serving the nation he loves.

Going to different countries on all of the inhabited continents, lining up investors, doing deals, that's what the Trump Organization does. That's how they make their money. This isn't a secret.

No one is "cashing in".

B. Hussein O increased his personal fortune more than a hundredfold during his reign. I just do not see Trump taking that kind of advantage at all.

Why didn't "the patriarch" risk his life in Vietnam if he loves his country?
Why doesn't he pay federal income taxes if he cares about America?
He's a con man, and it's only low-information Americans who are still confused.

Spoken like a Obama/Clinton voter.
