Odds are pretty good that after some tortuous meetings and awful compromises by House and Senate bigwigs whatever health reform law is passed by Congress will not be close to what most thoughtful people want. Especially not what progressives and liberals wanted from a Democrat controlled Congress. Will President Obama act with integrity?

Why would he veto a bill he has been advocating for? it could be the biggest piece of crap thats ever existed (and its looking like it might be), but Obama would still sign it because like every liberal he wants to look like he is doing his job.

I'm definitely with ya on this one. This health care bill is an absolute debacle and should never be passed. So i'm with ya on the whole Veto courage thing. I know we're coming at this from complete opposite directions but at least we agree on something. Fining and possibly imprisoning citizens for not having health insurance? Yikes! This bill was a no-go for me as soon as the Socialists starting pushing that stuff on us. The President does have the power to Veto this mess so lets hope he does.

I'm also beting that he won't have that "Veto Courage." Most Presidents just enjoy receiving the credit for doing anything even if it's the wrong thing for the country. Hopey Changey wont be any different. They will pass this terrible debacle and he will go along and then claim some kind of credit & Glory. Very sad stuff.
