If organ donation is the goal, they will claim the person is dead as quickly as possible without any medical care at all. They just want those organs. They'd take them from someone who had a splinter in their finger if they thought they could get away with it.

in a situation which our brain dead leftards want to have here, in this country, when the government decides FOR YOU and INSTEAD OF YOU what do you need and what is better for you, the organ harvesting of completely survivable people but otherwise unfit as decided by the government, will be a routine procedure.

this will lead to decreased availability of organs as ALL the potential donors will simply withdraw their organ donation decision.

I changed my decision from being an organ donor to NOT donating after that idiotic rule by a judge in PA to put the unfit medically 10 yo girl in front of everybody else.

They can't save her life. Her life is gone. It has been gone for weeks. They are having trouble dealing with this reality. Now, it looks like that denial of the reality that their child is gone may be motivated by the money they are collecting. Money that will stop flowing when the girl goes off to the coroner's office.

Yes the family deserves a great deal of sympathy and compassion. No one doesn't see what a tragedy this is. None of that changes the fact that the girl is dead, has been dead for weeks and her life can't be saved.

There is no death panel deciding whether the girl should live or die. She's dead. Six doctors including the doctor hired by her family to determine that she's alive, have determined that she's dead.

The family would do themselves well by letting the corpse go to the medical examiner's office, determine what if anything went wrong, if something did, collect their $250,000 wrongful death settlement and move on remembering her in their prayers.
