well lets see who those who wind up having to postpone an urgent doctors visit/or wait 4 hours in an ER vote for in 2014, and when they get their bills! whats the rate now? 25 to 100.00 per half hour? well in new York/Cally its probably closer to $250.00. and if u ask the doctor questions, its $50.00 per answer.
