Solar and Wind Energy are failed, inefficient, extremely polluting. They are only built with government subsidies. To compromise on something that is wrong, is to do the wrong thing.

I think the left has a valid complaint. Why does defense get increased by 3% while safety net programs get a miniscule increase. Also why should we allow the rich to get away scot free. The rich have benefitted enormously and should put something in the pot. It is not as bad as the Republican's original budget but not much better.
