The First Amendment bars the FBI from administering censorship, period. The FBI is not allowed to make any such request, NAZI. IF the FBI "requested" me to murder someone, would that make it OK?

Fucking moron, Twitter "censored" some members and some content. The FBI didn't. The FBI doesn't run Twitter.

The FBI told them to censor those users, dumbass. Unconstitutional actions don't suddenly become constitutional because the FBI outsources them to a private firm.

You are NAZI to the bone.

Fucking moron, the FBI never made Twitter ban or block anyone or any content.
They instructed Twitter to censor people, dumb fuck. It doesn't matter whether it comes in the form of a command or a request or a suggestion, it's illegal.

Time to go lick Herr Obergruppenfuhrer's boots

He's only saying that in this particular case he happens to be a free speech absolutist, moron. He didn't say he was one all the time.

So Elon Musk never claimed he was a free speech absolutist.....except when he said he was a free speech absolutist.

Laughing......you make this so easy.

So no law required Twitter to pull the posts.

So much for your 1st amendment claims. As Congress created no law.

The FBI is not allowed to make any such request.....says who? Not the first amendment. Not the judiciary.

You're citing yourself as the supreme legal authority again. And you're nobody.
Says the Bill of Rights, asshole. It's sad that you believe the FBI can outsource violations of the Bill of Rights to a private company.

They requested that Twitter pull posts. There was no requirement that Twitter grant those requests, no law that made it mandatory.

You've never actually read the 1st Amendment. You have no idea what you're talking about.

The Bill of Rights doesn't say that the FBI can make no requests of Twitter.

I just checked. It mentions neither the FBI, nor requests, nor Twitter.

You've imagined it all.

Yes, he did.

They broke the law by even asking.

You are a NAZI to the fucking bone if you don't have a problem with it.

A government employee getting a government salary told them to do it during working hours.

Which law?

Smiling.....I won't hold my breath.

Yeah, and it doesn't say that youTube can show videos people slipping on ice.

Does everything have to be spelling out in excruciating detail?

You're only proving that your a NAZI dumbfuck.

The first amendment doesn't say that the FBI can make no request of Twitter. It doesn't even mention the FBI, requesrts, or Twitter.

So which law did the FBI violate?
Yes it does, jackass. The First Amendment doesn't mention the internet at all. Do you imagine that gives government the authority to censor it?

So you admit that the 1st amendment doesn't say what you claimed it did.

You're offering us your interpretation of the 1st amendment, insisting that your word is law.

Has....has that ever worked out for you?

Its always astonishing how utterly these right wing talking points implode if you won't accept their fantasies or personal opinions as objective legal evidence.

It also doesn't say it's illegal for the government to shut down Twitter. Do you think that's legal for the government to do, eh dumbfuck? Do you think the Constitution has to spell out every single thing that the First Amendment doesn't allow the government to do? Do ya, NAZI?
