Why won’t Merrick Garland release the affidavit for the Mar A Lago invasion?

Yes, he was convicted. Just like Trump should be if it's proven he was illegally in possession of government documents.

You agree?
Burglar got a $50,000 fine. You think that's what Gestapoland will seek against Trump with his fabricated "evidence"?

So this is "unprecedented" (look it up)

I wonder why Gestapoland released documents telling us what they said they were looking for, but refuse to release the evidence they claim they had to get the warrant to invade Trump's home.

Classic cover up.

LOL

Again, doesn't matter. Again, they're not going to open up their investigation to Trump. A pity you're not bright enough to understand why.

It was nuclear codes, but the FBI waited 18 months? :auiqs.jpg:

STFU.

Of course a Dimwinger Cultists like you says an FBI cover up doesn't matter if it is aimed at Trump.

That's because it was just a misdemeanor when he was indicted. Now it's a felony with up to 5 years in prison. So should Trump be charged and convicted on this, his penalty will most likely be somewhat more severe.

So? Do you agree Trump should be indicted if it's proven he was illegally in possession of government documents?

Since then, Trump signed a law that substantially increased the criminal penalty and made it a felony rather than a misdemeanor.

The same FBI that lied to the FISA courts several times to launch a phony investigation into Trump? THAT FBI?

So we should believe Trump, who lied 30000 times to the FBI's one lie to obtain a FISA warrant?

:lmao:

That's as good excuse as to be expected I guess.
You are saying nothing again.
You do not want to know how the law of your country works. For all who live in it.

NO ONE is above the law.

Right, or not?

Link us up to these 30,000 lies, Simp.

This will be a hoot.

He seems to be hiding something. Why all the secrecy on what they told the judge to get the search warrant?

Given the track record of the FBI lying to courts one would think he would be more transparent

They need to perpetuate the illusion that scary things are in the affidavit and its a big mystery!!

You are only repeating what Trump later said. That it was a joke. It was not.

None of the things he eventually said were a joke, were actually a joke.

What does it take to know how Trump's mind operates?

Zillions of examples even before the 2016 campaign

You're are full of shit. I had a 32 year career in Law Enforcement, and know about the law and the court system then you will ever know.
You'd think that you'd realize, with your vast experience, that once the FBI got caught lying to the FISA judge, that their credibility would be forever compromised in regards to Trump. It is typically assumed in court that if a subject lies about one thing, they'll lie about other things. Keeping on trusting what the government tells you. It's simpler than thinking for yourself.

Affidavits are never shown until the whole investigation is concluded.

There is a lot of waiting to be done for it here, as it may take months.
