Why women shouldn't have children

Oh I don't plan on waiting until 40 to get started. Maybe early to mid 30s. I just meant to say having the money to raise them won't be a problem. I want three at least I think.

Just how old (or young) are you anyway???

Seems like you are going to have a nest egg created begore you have them. Very astute.

Can you imagine being 22 with little money and have them? Ouch.
It's happened to a lot of Americans. :dunno:
I should have already had by the time I learned about serial child support getting women. :puke:
I messed some stuff up. Shoulda done what they asked. Good women. That was my bad. :(
Not like the one I encountered several years later. I wouldn't touch that in a million years.
That could jade a man's opinion of women.

More young people are figuring out they dont want that route so theyre waiting longer or staying single. And somehow its some kind of crisis. That the dumbest thing ive heard.

That would definitely be complicated. It's not an impossible situation with dedicated parents though. Be careful who you have sex with in my opinion.

People can't provide for themselves or others as well right now in America as they have been able to do in all of America's history.
Housing, taxes, utilities, fuel, food. All of it is too high right now.
Like me and the temperature outside. 🤪

Well stated points.

While we may always need a minority of people having children simply to keep the human race alive, here are some reasons why women shouldn't have children:

*Having children is an outdated holdover of our evolutionary past. In ancient times, there were far more threats to our survival and life expectancy was shorter. This is why, in the modern world, we already have fewer children than we did in ancient times.

*Having children drains time and money which can be spent on pursuits which better benefit humanity, such as acquiring wealth, becoming educated, and becoming self-actualized.

*Having children adds to the global population, which is extremely high compared to what it has been in history, and may not be sustainable.

*If poor people didn't have children, the cycle of poverty and government spending to support the children of poor people would end. If only a minority of wealthy or educated people were having children at any given time, it would eliminate poverty.

Those are some reasons I can think of off the top of my head.
I think only those who are unable to attract a suitable mate and/or have children would suggest that the rest of the world forego the real blessings our children are. I don't know why a cultural process that has been going on since the recorded history of humankind should suddenly become outdated in 2025.

I think people holding off ALOT longer to get married and have kids helps the nation.

China and India are poised to take control of the world, and that is in no small part due to their massive populations. People are a resource. Their best and brightest outnumber our entire population.

China's population is on the cusp of crashing.

Our population is very high and theres not an issue looking into the future.

Bringing a person into the world means he/she will suffer and die. Doing it just on the premise that one might receive their affection is the ultimate in egoism. Apparently, large numbers of people just have an instinct to reproduce and it is mostly done without thought or reflection. As was mentioned, this is related to a past where infant mortality was high and old age required ample young for support. Today, conditions make such practices outmoded. We observe that in places where women are better educated reproduction declines to realistic levels. With all the possibilities of sexual satisfaction without risk of pregnancy, merely making love does not need to include such chance-taking. There is no greater decision than that of putting another being on the planet. Just being able to support it financially is the smallest part. Seeing the failure rate of raising health offspring, especially psychologically, much greater consideration should go into child rearing.

By the time I'm 40 I'll be a millionaire in my own right. I'll be able to afford them, and I'm a legacy minded person, so why would I not?
But...if say she divorces you and you have 5 kids, she is going to 17% of your income per child.
