There was a time and not that long ago (pre sixties) when there was very little black crime ...at least in comparison to what it is today.

The way to fix it is to simply enforce the law ...equally... to all races.

It's like Lyndon Johnson's war on poverty, which has been continued, particularly in blue states. Now look at them. They have the worst inequality and the most homelessness, etc. The left are such fuckups they can't do anything right. Japanese have got reparations. Chinese are allowed on H1B Visas that assure them high paying jobs. The Irish and Scots are white and the practiced Jim Crow against non-whites and received multiple handouts of direct government assistance that blacks were excluded from.

Blacks are owed reparations.
