That accountant also had hand written notes presented to the court as evidence, easy to read, spelling out what Weisselberg told him to do, and how to set up, paying Cohen....by doubling expenses to tax them up.......etc etc etc.....You mean Cohen and Weisselberg?
Both are convicted perjurers. The handwritten notes on a bank statement cannot speak for themselves, because they are neither signed, witnessed, sworn, nor notarized. Someone would have to vouch for their authenticity - under oath, for them to evidence.

I have my attorney buy me a personal purchase of a Mercedes-AMG GT Roadster clocking in at $130,700 MSRP, which I trick out to about $150,000.
The attorney buys the car for me and I pay him back over 12 months "Taxing Up" the payments to cover income taxes for the attorney, plus a bonus, paying a total of $350,000 over the 12 months which the attorney invoices as "attorney services".

Does that transform the purchase of a personal car (non tax deductible) in to a business tax deduction for "attorney services" when routed through my business?

I certainly don't have the expertise as those attorneys of yours, I've only watched and listened to the word for word coverage by newscasters of court transcripts and am answering based on what I've heard of the trial transcripts repeated seconds after it happens... My responses are from a layman's perspective listening to the trial.Just downvoted a ton of your posts because it's shameful. That would be a felony because of the enhancement crime.
In the example buying a personal sports car and then claiming it as a business expense by routing the payment through a lawyer and charging it back to the business as "attorney fees".
Crime = Felonious falsification of business records to hide tax fraud.
