Unfortunately, you are misunderstanding the Constitution. It is not nearly as elastic as you think it is. For instance, a muslim may have a first amendment right to believe he has a religious right to kill Jews and Christians for Allah. There is no first amendment right to practice that religion into actually killing Jews and Christians.

Was it a terrorist attack or was this freedom of speech? Does freedom of speech apply? You have to know that making terrorist threats is illegal. Even if you are compelled to make terrorist threats by your religion. It's still illegal.

Because this group shares a particular political belief of domination by violence. It is a political and social movement, not limited to religion. If they go to the mosque, they hear this message every time they go. If they go to a community center, this is what's being discussed. I know that you look around and you see your doctors, people that you trust, and you think they can't possibly be part of a religion that preaches violence against unbelievers and infidels. They are, they just don't want to be violent themselves.

Like Trump said we are way ahead of schedule.
