Disagreed, but I think you'd have more respect for Captain Kangaroo than Mattis if Trump appointed him as SecDef or chairman of the JCS.Mattis is a history major and his record is not as distinguished or as impressive as Dan Caine's.
I also like how Caine defeated ISIS in two weeks after Mattis and others couldn't defeat them.

I think I get Mattis and Milley confused.
I still believe that Caine is much better than Mattis, just considering how they handled ISIS.
I also believe that retired generals should keep their mouths shut when we're in a war.
Psyops matter when US lives are at stake.
