What exactly has he been proven guilty in a court of law that he should be jailed for?

Why don't you have the same question about Joe Biden?

You can't put Trump in jail until he's found guilty in court. DUH!

He is only charged, though probably facing more charges, still charges are not proven until in front of a judge and jury. If they get it wrong, the political consequences could be steep. The wheels of justice grind slowly, in this country to make sure rights are taken into account.

Indeed, Trump would never have one as far as he as if he lived in China, Russia, or Iran for that matter.
Certainly Trump as been the target of the Maoist Marxist Democrats and Deep State politicians since e declared is objective the presidency of the U.S.
Wat I find unsettling is the timidity their actions so far.
Sooner or later there will be an attempt, either a failure or success in the assassination of Donald Trump by the tyrants.

Unlike the other banana republics around the world, we used to say it was extremely bad to arrest our ideological opponents & hold political prisoners.
TDS is so severe with the RINOs & Dem-wits in the UNipatry & NWO masters, they crossed the Rubicon & are going scorched Earth.

Be careful what you wish for because every action is met with an equal & opposite reaction.
In other words

Because one is not supposed to be imprisoned for the commission of non crimes.

Why is the US so timid in jailing Trump?

Other countries are quick to bring people to account

Hello Commie Troll, maybe because he hasn't been shown to have committed any crime? And certainly not any that he should go to prison for. What you really need to ask is how is it that crooks like Biden, Obumma and Clinton are still loose free on the street having done far worse?
