"In a rebuke of the Alabama legislature, a panel of three federal judges rejected on Sept. 5 the state's proposed voting districts that failed to create a second district where Black voters could elect a political candidate of their choice. In rejecting the proposed voting districts for the second time since 2022, the federal judges wrote they were deeply troubled that Alabama lawmakers did not adhere to previous court rulings."
In its surprising ruling on June 8, the U.S. Supreme Court jettisoned Republican-drawn congressional districts in Alabama that a federal district court in Alabama had ruled in 2022 discriminated against Black voters and violated Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965."
But the Deep State is not just attacking voting rights in Alabama; but they are also doing this in other states..like Florida...
"A judge in Florida has ruled in favor of voting rights groups that filed a lawsuit against a congressional redistricting map approved by Ron DeSantis in 2022. In the ruling, Leon county circuit judge J Lee Marsh sent the map back to the Florida legislature to be redrawn in a way that complies with the state’s constitution. “Under the stipulated facts (in the lawsuit), plaintiffs have shown that the enacted plan results in the diminishment of Black voters’ ability to elect their candidate of choice in violation of the Florida constitution,” Marsh wrote in the ruling."
And in Tennessee...
"Tennessee is facing its first court challenge over a congressional redistricting map that carved up Democratic-leaning Nashville to help Republicans flip a seat in last year’s elections - by splintering Nashville into three Republican-majority districts that stretch into rural counties, Tennessee’s congressional maps sparked significant pushback and threats of litigation from Democrats after Republicans drew them up early last year."
And let's not forget how the Deep state targeted primarily black voting precincts and tried to have their votes overturned; by implying that majority black voting districts are inherently fraudulent...even ran a pressure campaign falsely accusing 2 black election workers; which included slander, demonization and death threats.
"Trump and his allies have spent weeks telling the public that massive voter fraud and irregularities occurred in big cities and counties with large populations of Black and Latino voters."
Though Trump has lost his legal battles, his targeting of counties with large Black and Latino voting numbers is damaging to democracy, experts say.

Funny how all of these Democrat Confederate states are once again trying to attack the black vote...what do they fear? Are they worried that now that Trump is so popular with the blacks because of being arrested multiple times and having a mugshot, like most blacks have, that now blacks will vote for him by well over 80%? Is this why the Deep State are working so hard to water down the black vote, to eliminate entire voting districts, all in fear of Trump's appeal with black voters?
