Red state lawmaker triggers alarms with call to overturn Fourteenth Amendment

I am pretty sure I expressed what I wanted and that is for black districts to be able to choose who represents them.

When you get a chance go back and read this bullshit you post. Why is it Republicans only have ONE black republican Senator and 3 black Congressmen, explain that if you will and you will really see how stupid you sound. BTW next election cycle you will have less than that, it is the reason for the Republican gerrymandering to turn black districts white. Explain to us why gerrymandering in the South is only redistricting districts that have a high number of black voters. Now watch this coward come back with a bunch of irrelevant BS that doesn't address what I just asked.
Yes you are clear, you want racial gerrymandering to ensure old rich white guys are telling you want to do and running your life

Why? Csuse of racial gerrymanding. We are about to get another sister in Congress now that you can’t do that in TN

Civil rights act of 1991

That was easy
I'll do you one better. President Eisenhower (a republican) signed the Civil Rights Act of 1957. The first federal civil rights act signed since Reconstruction, and seven years before LBJ signed the Civil Rights Act of 1964. I'm willing to bet the house that superbadbrotha didn't even know that this happened. After all, it's not taught in schools that a republican tried to deal with the civil rights issue the same year that MLK founded the SCLC.

Why are Republicans in the South only gerrymandering districts that are largely black.

Black folks aren't voting for her and why is that?

Yep and those 2 pieces of legislation that LBJ signed were historic and changed America, which is why Republicans are trying to destroy them and take us back to Jim Crow.

And now the Dems are trying to undermine them…with attacks on Title 9 and using the VRA to create racially gerrymandered districts

Openly violating it in most cases, look at what they did to students at Harvard and Columbia

And look at you openly supporting racist gerrymandering to keep blacks from winning elections in places like TN so old white dems can stay on power

Sell out

Show us the districts that are being gerrymandered in the South.

Damn you just can't stop talking about old white dick.

If you are black which I am doubting more and more, you are definitely the ultimate coon.

Geez man why don’t you read the cases from the court? There was a massive case out of LA about thus just the other week

Stop being such a sell out

That means Melania and Baron will have to go.
Melania Trump moved to the U.S. in the mid-90's, on an EB-1 Visa, received her Green Card in 2001 and was naturalized in 2006. In short, she came in legally and took all the required steps to stay.
EB-1 Visa: Perfectly acceptable.
Green Card: Perfectly acceptable.
Naturalized Citizen: Perfectly acceptable.
She could be denaturalized and deported "IF" she committed a felony, otherwise, you are out of luck.
Those that came in "illegally," are illegal every day they are here. All they have to do is go back across the border and go to an "actual" border check-in point and properly apply for asylum. There, they will be "vetted" to ensure they aren't criminals (drug-cartel members, sex-traffickers, rapists, murderers, thieves, et cetera), or part of Islamic terrorist cells.
However, you don't have to apply for asylum, just to work in the United States, you can apply for a Green Card.

More Republicans backed civil rights laws in 1965 than did Democrats.

Show us the districts that Republicans in the South are gerrymandering that are not basically black districts.
They aren’t gerrymandering any districts

So I can’t

You continue to miss the entire issue

You need to maybe get off that white dick

South Carolina legislators also took an initial step toward gerrymandering the district of Representative James Clyburn, one of the nation’s most prominent Black leaders.

For more than four decades, the Ninth Congressional District of Tennessee stood as a bulwark, ensuring that the Black voters who compose a majority of the city of Memphis could choose their representative in Washington.

That's 2 right off the rip.

Damn you are one horny trick, is that white man letting you down. Sounds like you need a trip to Starship.

Eisenhower's Civil Rights Act was weak and did not address many issues facing blacks at that time. Its ineffectiveness is why there was a need for another one 7 years later.

Let's stop trying to make the modern Republican Party what it is not.

Hahaa where did you cut and paste that from?

The ninth congressional district is about to elect the first African American in nearly two decades! Your racial gerrymandering allowed an old white rich dem to hold the seat
