Why is Texas seeing such weather extremes?

No. Just a funny thing. It's hilarious to watch them brag about oil production increases as they legislate it's demise.
Well we aren't going to turn off the switch and stop producing oil/gas dummy. But we need alternative energy sources.

Imagine if every home had solar panels how much energy that would produce.

Imagine if we had more turbines.

I've already said we need to stop cutting grass. We waste too much gas and water on it.

That's exactly what these morons are saying, dummy.

You do realize that solar panels need to be replaced? It is suggested it be done every 25 years. Though effiency starts to decrease after about five years.
More landfill.
Not to mention if they are in a damaging hailstorm.

Did anyone already say "Everything's bigger in Texas"?

Solar panels are designed to last for decades, with an estimated operational lifespan of up to 40 years. They slowly degrade over time, resulting in a decrease in efficiency and output. This degradation rate is typically measured as a percentage of annual power output lost, and is usually around 0.5%.

So, for a panel that's been on a roof for 20 years in normal conditions can still be expected to function at 90% of its original capacity.

No doubt going green is going to cost us. Especially when you won't make the corporate polluters pay. But it'll be worth it in the long run. Once the EV stations are built and we slowly get people off gas, your gas prices will go down, the planet will heal itself, you will live 3 years longer. It's all good.

But yea, I would have made the corporate polluters pay more but Republicans won't allow that. They'll just pass on the costs to us right? Pussy.

CO2 is not a pollutant

In any event, China emits TWICE our CO2 and continues to increase while we've cut our output

If the AGWites are REALLY interested in saving the planet, they'd go after China; it they are just a self-admitted wealth redistribution scheme, they tell us about "Per capita" CO2. Not a hard choice

Have no idea where you are getting your information from but it is not correct according to numerous sources

I wish you did too so you could experience the predictable surprise. I can't think of a better way to cure you of your bias than to get what you are wishing for.

Us up here in Michigan here it's a real hot summer. Not here. Not yet anyways. It's been great. GW is making Michigan more like Georgia. Winters aren't as bad.

How about all the wildlife and trees and plants that were adapted to classic Michigan weather and wouldn't or couldn't live or grow in places like Georgia?

You're thinking the planet will warm up another 4.5C by the end of the century and sea level rise tripling by the end of this decade, aren't going to happen.

You might want to edit that into a comprehensible sentence.
