Why hasn't Obama just pardoned Hillary yet?

That's what I recall most from the anger associated with Ford's pardon of Nixon. Many felt we were at a point of finally getting to the truth. Then Ford pulled the rug from beneath any such possibility by granting a pardon before Nixon was found guilty of anything.

Wouldn't work here, the e-mails are real and will be in the public domain for years. If Obama pardoned Hillary, this would clearly mean that she was guilty, as pardoning an innocent person would be stupid. Thus Hillary has to be both charged and tried. Nixon also resigned, which is an implication of guilt, Hillary will never do that, she will go to jail first, because she believes that she is Teflon............So did John Gotti.

She can't really stand for election very well while in prison. A preemptive pardon keeping her out of trial and in the race would be the most logical course of action for him.
