I was always a very inquisitive child and I still, to this day, can't imagine why people such as Trump, who is running for the highest office in the United States, is allowed to get away with making these types of ridiculous false statements:

Donald Trump's claims about Vice President Kamala Harris not being smart and suggesting she didn't pass the bar are not only baseless but highlight a staggering ignorance of the legal profession. Let’s be clear: Kamala Harris was a prosecutor. It is quite literally impossible to serve as a prosecutor without passing the bar exam. Prosecutors are attorneys responsible for representing the government in court — a position that requires passing the bar, which she obviously did.
If Trump can’t grasp that basic fact, it raises serious questions about his ability to distinguish between reality and his delusions. Criticizing someone for their intellect while ignoring fundamental legal requirements just reveals more about him than it ever could about Vice President Harris. She built a successful career as a district attorney and then attorney general of California — one of the largest legal systems in the country — while Trump continues to peddle falsehoods, perhaps relying on the fact that most of his supporters take his word as gospel, and apparently are unable to put two & two together and question why, when they don't add up to four.

Mostly because most of the media won't publish what really matters.

She did fail her first attempt at passing the bar, so it's likely what Trump was talking about.

Kamala Harris Failed Her Bar Exam on First Try?

Former U.S. President Donald Trump asserted the claim in an interview at the National Association of Black Journalists conference.

True

the claim that Kamala flunked her first attempt at the bar exam seems to be true---she tried again and passed. It happens to dull kids. I never failed any of my professional exams first time around-----anybody out there in cyberville?

GOPs don't care if he lies and the horserace media wants him to win for the clickbait value.

Can't you recognise rotten fruit ?
Why try to defend somebody as offensive as she is ?
Do you really want another Puppet nominally in charge?

She did fail it the first time.

The country has grown accustomed to his constant stream of lying so it doesn't get much attention anymore. His team has more important things to worry about than lying, like hiding that he shits through his diaper so often.

We’ve just never seen anything like this. He lies with such frequency that the press has mostly given up, and Republicans are afraid to say anything.

As we’ve said so many times now, there is just no bottom.

Apparently, Kamalatoe took at least two tries to pass the bar in California.

Puppet of whom?
That is most of the basic problem, but surely you are pretending not to know .
Sheeple don't know .

Do you really believe that she was given this pathway without being told that she would do exactly as she was told ?
She will have been given a huge money promise plus a CV for afterwards .
Her immediate masters will be the same people who jerked Piss Pot up and down .
Upstairs the WEF level will in their turn report to the boardroom dominated by International Jewish Bankers

Um it’s not baseless she failed the bar

The Media wants a close race. They will allow anything to make that happen.

In the art of the deal book "Trump anticipates the worst in everything he does".

He is prepared to use the worst tactics to win.

He is using negative behavior as a blueprint for winning. Anything goes as long as YOU win.

Trump is saying if you want to go low, I can go lower

To me that means he really has low standards as a human being. He uses the worst behavior of humans as a tool to beat others.

"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" is a biblical concept

For good it is a powerful message

Trump message is the opposite in that he uses the worst traits of human to gain an advantage.

How low can you go, well Trump says that " I can go lower and beat you.

Winning at all cost is the art of a deal and that includes using the worst behavior traits of human beings with no problem and no guilt.

Trump is the limbo master.

The art of the deal - Negativity is the way to win. If it turns out positive by using negativity then it's all good.

“I always go into a deal anticipating the worst. If you plan for the worst—if you can live with the worst—the good will always take care of itself.”

Trump's negative comments is his true nature revealed.

Harris should avoid Trump's bible and do the right thing as it its the right thing to do.

You're right. There isn't a bar in town that drunk b*tch would pass up.
