Why Harris lost

The pain was from inflation which was a result of covid and a shot down of the world economy followed by trillion of stimulus spending that both Trump and Biden did to keep the economy afloat,

Let’s just be honest.

This economic “disaster that Trump has been campaigning against will not change much but he will spin it and brag about it as the best ever and his supporters will follow suit. Just watch. Yall will all of a sudden care about the stock market that’s been at all time highs for years, GDP and Unemployment and Job growth and wages which are doing better then most if not all major countries in the world. This is all a reality right now. Trump is going to find the talking points and then start hyping. That’s what he does. Smoke and mirrors
Democrats went wayyyy too radical IMO. I think they had many positions that a majority found unpalatable, such as inflation spending, war mongering in Ukraine, fighting voter ID and election security, promoting and participating in censorship of conservatives/GOP on social media, Identity politics, DEI and promoting racial segregation, seemingly valuing illegal immigration over struggling Americans, border neglect, inability to denounce 3rd trimester abortions, being semi-supportive of Palestinian terrorism, rejecting American Exceptionalism, advocating trans ideology in child schools and sports... most of those are assumed on MSNBC and left-wing mainstream media bubbles, but I think the majority of moderates think most of those aren’t things they want to support. Plus, Harris and the media were so angry, hysterical, untruthful, and hyperbolic at the end.. people didn’t buy their hysteria.

Democrat leadership went so radical, they’re completely out of touch. They built a bubble in their party, media, universities, and celebrities. That’s why they lost. They went “woke”, and went broke.

That being said, I hope they/you double down and continue to parade their support of Palestine, abortion until birth, no voter ID, pro-trans, illegal-immigrant-over-American views. It will deliver moderates and 90’s Democrats to the GOP in droves

Maga forgets conveniently that Trump wanted a BIGGER stimulus. But the reality is that the candidates didn't really matter. Biden got nominated in 20 by promising to let the progs enact the legislation they had votes for. Trump has still not laid out any plan to deal with debt and prevent a return of inflation ..... and he doesn't even like the fed for ending it. lol

Incompetence here folks, sad but true. Inflation is caused by to much money, chasing to few goods and services. What then happens? Well unions have to have a large raise, but that is besides the point.

So, you have basically 3 ways to lower inflation------>

1. Raise interest rates and soak up the extra cash floating around; basically taking it out of circulation.

2. Expand goods and services so the money in circulation has more avenues to be spent in so producers can not raise prices or they lose market share,

3. Lower the cost of 1 or more inputs in products to lower the cost of the final product, so as then producers must lower prices to increase market share so as they can expand.

Trump is attempting to use 2 and 3, while avoiding number 1. Biden and Harris could have, and should have used the same approach, and they probably would have won re election.........but they could NEVER philosophically do number 3, because of the radicals who wanted the green, new, deal. Reality is, discounting taxation, the only input that I know of that the government has any sway on, that goes across most every product and sector is energy. Lower the price of energy, and you lower the final cost of virtually every product and service; not to mention put more money in peoples pockets to spend on the new goods and services you are trying to expand, by eliminating regulations! And all this without a TAX CUT, lol. But then again, Democrats also know it COULD be done, they just don't want to tell Americans the real reason they wouldn't do it. We will!

Think of Harris as an M.D. What would you think if her diagnosis included a giggling rant and a lecture about how she grew up middle class? The point is that she had no agenda or vision for the future as the most powerful leader in the world. Americans saw her for what she was, an empty pants suit.

No, it wasn’t “pretty much a landslide”. 51% is a clear victory but it’s not a landslide.

Since when is 51% a landslide? That seems like a pretty bare minimum.
With 51% of the popular vote, 58% of the electoral vote (assuming he picks up the two remaining states), all 7 swing states, shifting of age, gender, and race demographics, a Senate majority, a likely House majority, and overperformance from the last two elections -- if that isn't a landslide victory, it's definitely a tsunami wave.

Whole lotta shit.

The same number of Trumpers tied for him as in 2020.

15 million fewer Dems voted

That’s why we lost

You lost because Harris is unlikeable, as demonstrated in the 2020 primaries after dropping out due to lack of support and receiving the lowest VP approval rating. She's a DEI candidate with a divisive campaign, ever-changing policy positions, an inability to articulate thought clearly without a teleprompter, unrelatable to average people with her overuse of celebrity surrogates, and a movie set of a campaign full of smoke and mirrors. She underperformed, biggly, with the number of voters who supported her, and her deficit of voters speaks volumes -- a decrease of 16% from the 2020 election.

If you want to know the reasons why Trump look no farther than Victor Davis Hansen for the answer

Trump was always on the winning side of the issues but in 2024 repubs mastered the art of getting out the vote

And that suggests that maybe we can live with the mail in absentee ballot

We’ll see

They ran the campaign like they run the country. They proved again that their strategy does not work...

They ran a DEI candidate and staffed up with DEI hires.

They wasted $1.4 billion of other people's money on stupid stuff and kickbacks for their friends like Oprah and Al Sharpton.

And everything went to crap, as usual, because the Dems are incompetent, dishonest, and clueless when it comes to running anything, and the messenger stunk almost as badly as the message.

Trump was elected because the other side of the duopoly offered such a ridiculous choice that the poor voting public, convinced there are only two possibilities, went with the one who had done the job before. Harris made Trump President. The Democrats gave the victory to the Republicans. One can thank or blame as one will based on this fact.

Oh just stop.

If you want competence don’t look at Republican Administrations

They have been a disaster for decades

And every time they fuck up a Dem Administration comes in and fixes things.

It’s not like there isn’t a record to look at.

You folks are ALWAYS upon arms about this or that cultural issue. This is no different

Dems lost because the effects of COVID got blamed on them.

Period
