They first have to define Rich? Let's ASSume they start at net worth 》$1 billion? Including home value, retirement accounts, companies, holdings, whatever.

They want 50% tax every year or ($500 million) per tax filer at that level. What about $999 million net worth. It's a mess.

Then when the billionaire begins to dissappear they will go after millionaire. Until that dwindles down.
