Zone1 Why doesn't god just kill satan

I said 'suspect' and you can read up on discoveries being made by the JWST.

Control your anger and bad feelings my friend. We're trying to discuss issues on which we don't disagree!

Right? Or wrong?
And yet you used it to attack a theory that does have physical evidence to support it. Amazing.

No magic required. It's self compensating. That's how powerful God is.
Great. Please describe what is required to bring good out of evil in all or most cases.

Incorrect. I don't read them to confirm my bias. Anytime you want to discuss it in the bull ring, I'd be glad to explain it to you.
shame you can't just share such important information now.

The god has been demoted and busted on account of the big bang you claim was his, culd be turning out to be one of many smaller ones.

This is similar to the ID'ers trying to make up their own science and then getting smacked down by the real thing!

Get it my friend? Don't try to own a big bang for your god.

Gen. 3 v 1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made.

A literal definition of Satan is adversary. We have a God made adversary that is a perfect deceiver for man. It is also a beast of the field. God gave Adam dominion over the beasts of the field. We make ourselves slaves to Satan through our sin. This adversary may only be overcome through the Word.

I suppose it would depend on the nature of the evil, and the details of the situation, but there is no magic incantation or action that will bring good out of evil in all cases. Sometime, evil is just evil, and we can only work through it.
I do not give "magic incantation" credence. Action is a different story, and those can take quite a long time.

You mean besides it being logical? Let's take standards for example. Standards exist for logical reasons. These reasons have roots in failures. Failures have the potential for positive outcomes or lessons to be learned and shared such that others don't repeat the same mistake. Or we could take the loss of a loved one that we took for granted which altered our perspective and attitude towards others. Or we could take a tragedy like losing a loved one to a drunk driver such as the founder of MADD who then goes on to affect changes that saved the lives of others. But I have no doubt that you will pooh pooh these and try to define the rule by exception by making fringe arguments that are based upon the extremes. While I will always be looking for what God intended for me to learn from tragedies and suffering.

Not really. It would be lost on you here. But the beat down I give you in the bull ring will leave a lasting effect.

When one seeks truth in all things, amazing things start to happen. Maybe one day you will discover what that is like.

A theory based upon empirical evidence. It's literally the basis of the Big Bang. Do you not agree with the Big Bang?

SOME THEORIES BASED ON EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE:
  1. The Sun, Moon and planets are all Gods which determine our day lives.
  2. The Earth is the universe and is flat.
  3. The Earth is the center of everything.
Seriously though, as to the Big Bang, I agree there was a Big Bang, I agree there was a point where everything expanded out from a point of creation. The house is still out though as to the actual cause of that event, exactly what went on during and shortly after that event, and whether this was a one-off event or just one more in many repeating cycles of recurring universes.

Great. If it is sure to work, a little delay isn't an insurmountable problem. Describe such action. Be specific.

Love, caring is usually a good starting point.
sorry, no shortage of loving and caring, but I saw no sign of good that came out of the little girl who died because she got caught in the crossfire of a gang war.

Yes, some specific good can occasionally come from evil, but it is extremely rare, and nothing you can usually expect.

I see. You have information that is vastly important to the entire world, but you refuse to share it unless you think you might get some personal gain from it. You sound more like trump every day.

?
It doesn't make sense to me. Just seems like a way to instill fear.

He did. It's even in Genesis.

He's in the death throes and he knows it. God does too, and to those of us who love Him.

The thing is, the death throes seem infinite to us, because we don't really understand eternity

The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away.

Blessed be the Name of the Lord.

Those who knew and love her are in pain. Start there.

It depends on the situation. It's not a one-size-fits-all situation. Start with See a need, fill a need.
