Why does it seem like this movie has been removed from Cable?

The original Bad Boys Movie with Sean Penn from 1983 when he played the role of a guy who had to go to prison? Why the hell is it always the Will Smith and Martin lawrence version of Bad Boys?

I guess so. And I always wondered why mainstream Spanish broadcast TV has such a wide selection of newly released Hollywood blockbusters or even smaller art movies in SPANISH only, WHY no SAP broadcast in English? Something smells rotten in Denmark...
