These administrative documents don’t come from judges and can’t be used to impede on someone’s constitutional rights.

Yet ICE is breaking down doors without judicial warrants in total violation of the constitution.

They are not violating the Constitution. all their detentions are done in good faith, and if errors are made they are to be handled the same way errors have been handled same as before.
