Oh yes. His house is open to the 2 degree Minnesota weather. Maybe his pipes froze. Maybe he ran out of oil because the furnace now had to go 24/7.
All kinds of ills befell / may have befallen him because of what ICE did to him.
But ICE won't even admit it.
Therefore suing them, after Stephen Miller said they had "absolute" immunity. Means the DOJ would make any legal suit for damages a long and costly one. Often taking years.

Yeah... that's the solution. By the time all the damaged American citizens get their day in court, it's the next administration that has to pay the bill.
