Busting down people’s doors without a judicial warrant is a violation of the constitution and one so obvious it’s hard to accept they did so in good faith.They are not violating the Constitution. all their detentions are done in good faith, and if errors are made they are to be handled the same way errors have been handled same as before.
As for them arresting those interfering, you have ZERO constitutional right to interfere with law enforcement.
Although perhaps their knowledge of the constitution doesn’t include the meaning of the 4th amendment. It’s plausible considering Noem didn’t know what habeas corpus meant.
