There have been >1200 fatal shootings by state and local police YTD and a couple hundreds thousand injured. 2 killed and 6 injured in 5-6 months doesn’t compare. Couple that with the fact that ICE booked ~37k in Oct. 2025 alone and actually the numbers of shootings by ICE is very low; lower than other agencies.

I do approve of what they are doing. I am not saying they haven’t made some mistakes, but those mistakes don’t over shadow the progress they are making.

For what it is worth, I have said that I don’t believe I would have reacted the same way the officer did that shot Good. I would have moved and charged her with assault. The only issue is that those charges are left up to state and local government and in MN she would have been out the same day because they have made it abundantly clear that they don’t care about assault against ICE. As for the latest shooting, I don’t really have an opinion yet. ICE cannot shoot people for no reason, but at the same time, protestors, particularly those that are armed, shouldn’t obstruct or resist.

Resisting arrest is a crime punishable by arrest in all 50 states. Seldom is it ever a cause for being shot in the back of the head....Somehow ICE has made it a capital offense.
