For the most part, they are nowhere near that point, yet (though we do have one example, the recent California law purporting to turn this state into a “sanctuary” for “transgender youth”).

That they haven't reached the point of being able to push their evil agenda through the legislative processes does not refute the obvious fact that they are working toward that point.
