I have posted on college football boards since the mid 1990s, and have made friends all over the country who like different teams. Visited them and gone to home games of their teams and vice versa. We all have alot of other things in common. I am a Gator, I married a Nole. In that world, you can root for other teams and you do not vilify all fans of a team you root against as BAD PEOPLE who should die.

I find the vitriol inherent in politics fascinating. It is just like team sports, but so many people HATE YOU AND WANT YOU TO DIE if you do not root for THEIR TEAM…it is wild to see.

I have time limitations but enjoy checking USMB and posting infrequently. I have known several members for a long time and enjoy reading their posts. Usually I don't have the time to "sit" a post I've made, so I don't post often. Also, there are "some" 'giggles and grins' to be found here.
