Why Do Trump Supporters Have Such A Hard Time Admitting He's A Convicted Felon?

Thank you for posting that, but I don't see how it's relevant. It says "Under the "irrespective test," personal use is any use of funds in a campaign account of a candidate." There was no personal use of funds from a campaign account. Cohen used funds from a bank loan and Trump reimbursed him using a combination of personal funds and business funds.
No the test is whether the candidate would have paid the expense irrespective of whether or not there was a campaign.

Politicians are almost never elected by a majority of the vote. It's almost always a plurality.
Agreed, it does happen quite a bit, but I don't see it as almost never. In the last 100 years, 25 elections, it happened 8 times where the winner didn't get a majority.

There is no claim on my part. It happened.

prove it.

It's known.

prove it.

This is akin to you asking for proof on whether the North or South won the Civil War.

lol ... wrong. you see, that is part of history. taught in school. films made about it. etc etc etc....

so the false equivalency just doesn't fly.

The shit you have for brains just makes us laugh.

Cohen didn't plead the charge down. He was indicted on a campaign finance violation, pled guilty to that campaign finance violation, and convicted on that campaign finance violation.
He didn't contest it. It he contested it and went to trial, he would have won. But he was toast on all the other charges, so he didn't want to go to trial.

The DOJ knew this and that was why they threw in the completely unrelated campaign finance violation charge - to fvck Trump.

not according to the jury who heard the evidence & declared him guilty.

34x.

so no matter how much you ***** & moan & stomp yer feet, that fact will forever be on his record & thru out history ~ THAT will be taught in american history classes.

tutt tutt.

not according to the jury
The jury was told they didn't have to be unanimous by the judge. That's pretty novel and brazen legal theory I might say. Think Brother Clarence, Brother Samuel, Brother Brett, Brother Neil, Sister Amy, and Brother John will buy it as being Constitutional?

think state convictions cannot be pardoned.

The Supreme Court doesn't pardon. They exonerate!

It was those two plus other 7 in the Colorado ballot case against Trump! It was also all 9 in Virginia's illegal attempt to gerrymander the other day as well! Easy all 9 again! Maybe....just maybe....that DEI kook Jackson might throw you a bone and make it 8-1. She's pretty f*cking dumb. You have a slim chance at one!

Lol!

The Supremes are not any Prez and they don't pardon. They force hooligans and freaks in kangaroo left-wing courts in places like Colorado and Virginia and New York to abide by the Constitution of these United States. It's beautiful to behold!
