Convicted Criminals aren't eligible. The question is about Felons that have been released. And that is a states issue. If I were to go to Prison right now, I would forfiet all of my Federal Income for retirement during the time I was incarcerated.

A. Temporary small business assistance for only those impacted (INCOME analysis 2018-2020) by COVID, because many were shut down or slowed primarily because of PROGs. Truth of the matter is communists do not desire small business, just as they prefer poor & wealthy class.

B. Temporary person assist. with a cap (INCOME analysis 2018-2020). NONE of the examples in the OP can justify a COVID entitlement, which they or someone else will pay back 10 fold. PROGS are foolish. NOTE: Person A was supposed to read 2019 & 2020, not 2018-2019

C. Temporary large business assistance for only those impacted by COVID (INCOME analysis 2018-2020). Assistance can come in many forms. USA companies only, the rest can **** off.
