US Navy sailor jailed for taking photos of classified areas of nuclear submarine
so, showing your children what you used to do is now intent to commit a crime?
Dummy he was charged under statute that requires intent.
Post the statute, let's see where it speaks of "intent".
I'm not your little fetch dog, you want to say that case is comparable? Ok prove it.
That sailor did far less than Hillary. He went to prison and Hillary skated.
WTF are you talking about?
He took panaramic pictures of nuclear submarine engine room, that everyone knew Chinese were willing to pay big bucks to see. He then disposed of the phone that took pictures (it was found at the dump and forwarded to authorities, which is how he got caught) and after interview with FBI went home and smashed up his laptop.
Prosecutor brought charges WITH INTENT to conduct espionage.
I'm not arguing that he shouldn't have been prosecuted. I'm merely pointing out that Hillary also broke the law, skated, and now many liberals don't believe she ever did anything improper.
Tell us. Did Hillary break the law?
