I saw a vague references and the (apparently usual for you) childish insults toward some sort of murky Democratic cabal that apparently has so much power, it is able to protect Democrats even when Republicans control virtually every lever of governing power.

It is still surprising that something this sinister and huge could be overlooked by everybody in the administration and the trump appointed heads of the FBI, CIA, Homeland Security, ATF, and numerous judges. Not to mention the president himself.
You would think they could have at least put together a case. If it was shot down in court due to the influence of the evil cabal, that would be even more evidence of it's existence would it not?

She had NO MARKED CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS ON HER SERVER.....period.Hillary Clinton went far beyond simply having documents in her possession that were marked "classified."

He judged her without intent and she was never arrested.
It was obstructionDuring his testimony before Congress Comey testified she intentionally, illegally destroyed devices, shredded documents, and tried to wipe her server.
The reason she did those things was because the FBI ordered her to turn them over (instead of raiding her home / office and seizing them like they did with Trump).
This proved 2 things:
1. She knew what she was doing
2. Intent regarding illegally destroying / seeking to destroy the evidence was clear -- she tried to wipe her server / destroy evidence before turning things over to the FBI so she would not be charged with crimes.
Even a dumbass like you should have the common sense God gave a door knob and understand that.
During his (seperate) public speech to the world Comey declared Hillary committed crimes, to include ESPIONAGE.
Comey then made the act of protecting Hillary Clinton from indictment and prison crystal clear to everyone (everyone except low IQ snowflake sheep) by declaring he would NOT recommend indictment of and charges against Hillary because (in Comey's iopinion) SHE WAS TOO STUPID TO KNOW SHE WAS COMMITTING CRIMES.
Snowflakes eagerly lapped that bullshit up like a dog eating its own vomit...
...but there are just a couple of FACTS that made what Comey said / did not applicable ... Un-Constitutional ... complete and utter bullshit:
1. Even if Hillary really was too stupid to know she stole classified and was committing espionage, IGNORANCE IS NOT A LEGAL EXCUSE / JUSTIFICATION FOR BREAKING THE LAW AND GETTING AWAY WITH IT
2. When Hillary Clinton stepped down as Sect of State she was READ-OUT of the SCI Program.
This means she was briefed she could NEVER have access to TS/SCI information again, could NEVER have TS/SCI information in her possession outside of a SCIF, and could NEVER even discuss TS/SCI information again outside of a SCIF - which she no longer had access to.
At the end of the briefing she was legally required to sign a document acknowledging the FACT that she understood all of this and that if she violated this she was to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law!
It was determined Hillary was READ-OUT of the SCI program shortly before or shortly after she stole all of the TS/SCI documents she had in her possession. There is NO WAY she did not know what she was doing was ILLEGAL because she signed a document acknowledging she understood everything!
3. FBI Director Comey's OPINION regarding what Hillary Clinton's punishment should be was COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT!
The job / responsibility of the FBI was / is to INVESTIGATE AND REPORT THE FACTS. It is NOT their responsibility or within their Contitutional authority to recommend indictment or not. That responsibility lies SOLELY with the US AG and DOJ.
The US AG at the time, of course, was Loretta Lynch. In order to let Hillary walk without indictment, especially after Comey's testimony before Congress, Lynch had to FORFEIT / CEDE her authority and responsibility - which she did not have the Constitutional authority to do - to FBI Director Comey, which is what she did.
The whole thing was an Un-Constitutional, criminal, political kabuki theater performance to protect Hillary Clinton from being rightfully indicted.and appropriately sent to jail.
These are FACTS - recorded, reported, official FACTS. They are undeniable ...
