Why do dogs wallow in feces?

I'm just saying, normally dogs don't do that.

I've never seen this. Maybe because you treat these loving creatures like "dogs"

I'm guessing he isn't too kind to these animals and probably doesn't feed the poor things properly. I sure hope he doesn't own any dogs
